Born and raised in Guilford County, North Carolina, Attorney Davis knew from the age of eight that she wanted to be an attorney. After high school, she attended the University of North Carolina (UNC), earning her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. 

Following a break to work in real estate and spend time with family, she pursued her Juris Doctor degree, completing it in just 2.5 years. Her determination and skill were evident early on as she passed the South Carolina Bar Exam on her first attempt.

Gaining Experience and Building a Legacy

After joining the South Carolina Bar Association, Attorney Davis began her legal career at the York County Public Defender’s Office, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in the criminal justice system. 

Her passion for helping others allowed her to excel in defending clients and deepening her understanding of criminal law. In the spring of 2018, Attorney Davis opened her own practice while also serving as an Assistant Solicitor for the City of Rock Hill, prosecuting cases in Municipal Court.
